Starchains.com' return policy is here to guide our customers to satisfactory and efficient return processes that will please our customers 100%! We work diligently to provide our customers with the highest product quality and friendly services; however, if in any case our customers are not satisfied with the products, we guarantee our customers a 100% authorized refund (Excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of the invoice date. In order for successful returns and refund procedures to take place, it is important that our customers are aware of the step by step processes and directions they need to follow. Please read the following qualifications, steps, and directions for a successful returning process.

Qualifications for Returns/Refunds:

All non-personalized products qualify for repairs or refunds. If the product is damaged in its original condition, or if the incorrect item is shipped, the item qualifies for a refund or repair. Products that have been worn/used and are in need of care may be sent in for repair at the customer's own costs which will include shipping and handling plus manual labor charges. All returns must be within 14 days of the invoice date. All returns must be authorized by a customer representative, and an approval code number must be obtained before any item can be shipped back for repair or refund.

**Important** It is important that the product has not been worn or used in any way for a full refund. If our customer representatives evaluate the product to have been worn or used, a full refund will not be given. Therefore, if you wish for a full refund, please keep the item in its original state and packaging and e-mail us as soon as possible. Refunds exclude shipping costs.
ALL FINAL SALE PRODUCTS AND PERSONALIZED NAME JEWELRY are NOT REFUNDABLE. Personalized jewelry includes: name necklaces, name rings, name earrings, name bracelets, name anklets, and all customized, specially ordered, worn, sized jewelry. All of these types of jewelry are not refundable.


Obtaining Return Approval Code:

1.  Please e-mail to info@starchains.com regarding your reason and purpose for your return.
2.  A customer representative will get back to you with a return approval code. With this return approval code, customers can send the items back to our headquarters for a full repair or refund.

Shipping Directions

1.  Once all qualifications are met and an approval code is obtained items should be returned within 7 days of obtaining the approval code.
2.  Return shipping labels will be sent to customers via e-mail once all authorizations have taken place and these labels must be used to ship the item back to StarChains.com headquarters.
3.  With the approval code and return shipping label pasted on the package, send in the package to the following address: StarChains.com 426 Hudson Street Hackensack NJ, 07601 **Important** Keep in mind that returns will only be accepted with the approval code. Any returned item without an approval code will be shipped back to the customer with the shipping and handling fee credited to the customer's account without prior notification.
4.  Once the package is received at our headquarters, only then will the customer receive the refund. Therefore, it is important that the customer returns the items as soon as possible. All returns and refunds are 100% guaranteed with authorization. To assure fast and efficient return processes, we ask that our customers please follow the directions.

Order Cancellation

Customers may only cancel merchandise within 24 hours of the placement of the order. Since we produce personalized items, it may be too late to cancel once the production takes place. Be sure to cancel within 24 hours of the order placement to successfully cancel your order.
